Jason Revzin is a litigator with extensive experience in defending cases involving claims of premises liability/negligent security and products liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. He also has a broad range of experience in defending auto accidents on behalf of commercial trucking companies, delivery and transportation providers, and limousine services. His ten-plus years of practice includes representation of national and international corporations and manufacturers, as well as commercial properties, including resorts, hotels, and retail stores.

Additionally, Mr. Revzin has experience defending consumer litigation lawsuits involving allegations of violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Practices Act and the Truth in Lending Act, as well as common law tort claims on behalf of debt collectors and creditors and financial institutions.
