Brendan focuses his practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals and other medical providers. He also has experience defending engineers, architects and other professionals in both state and federal court. In addition to matters involving professional negligence, Brendan defends cases involving products liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability, wrongful death and a range of other matters. Brendan has experience in all aspects of litigation and has argued before numerous appellate courts across the state of Ohio.

Prior to practicing law, Brendan had a successful career as a health care executive and as a physical therapist. This experience provides a unique perspective on cases involving medical negligence allowing a deeper understanding of the medical issues and the challenges faced by the providers he represents. His background working with brain-injured and neurologically damaged patients allows him to provide valuable insight when selecting and working with experts on high-exposure personal injury matters.

Brendan earned his B.S. and M.S. from Boston University. He also obtained an MBA from the University of South Florida in Tampa before moving to Cleveland to obtain his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
