Jeffrey Riggs is a partner in the firm’s Lafayette office and serves as Managing Partner of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice in Lafayette. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas state and federal courts and has represented clients and litigated throughout on a broad range of legal issues including insurance coverage and bad faith advice and litigation, employment and labor matters, contract drafting, interpretation and indemnity, as well as admiralty, maritime and energy.

Mr. Riggs has also represented contractors against construction defect claims, as well as insurers and condo/homeowner associations relative to claims of wrongful eviction, enforcement of association articles and challenged election processes.

Mr. Riggs is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
