Nicole R. Roggeveen is an Associate in the firm's Costa Mesa office. Ms. Roggeveen's primary area of practice is general liability defense, with an emphasis on matters involving government entities, transportation, hospitality, personal injury and premises liability. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial. Her experience extends to the appellate level, where she has argued before various Courts of Appeal.

Ms. Roggeveen began her legal career with a reputable firm in Orange County, where she represented numerous southern California counties, cities, police/sheriff's departments, and officers/deputies in civil litigation, at both the State and Federal level. She then joined a larger firm in the Inland Empire where she practiced civil litigation in the areas of general liability, government entity defense, including, but not limited to, school districts, animal services and code enforcement, and insurance defense. She joined Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in 2015.
