Erin Rogozinski is an associate in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith and represents clients in medical malpractice, long term care, trucking and transportation, commercial, and general liability matters in both federal and state court.  Erin has succeeded at mandatory arbitration and obtained dismissals of a number of matters through accomplished motion practice.  In 2014, Erin was named as an Emerging Lawyer for the Illinois Leading Lawyers network, which represents the top 2% of Illinois lawyers under the age of 40.

Prior to joining LBBS, Erin gained experience as an Honors Attorney in the Law Division of Cook County Circuit Court, clerking under the Honorable Susan F. Zwick.  She has additional experience working in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she assisted in qui tam litigation.

Erin earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of College and University Law and volunteered with the Indiana Adult Guardianship Research Project.  Erin also earned her B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
