Gary Romer is the firm’s Florida title agent, conducting settlement for commercial and residential real estate transactions and issuing title insurance to purchasers. In addition, Mr. Romer uses his transaction and litigation experience as part of Lewis Brisbois’ Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Romer believes that every transaction has a “big picture” and a “little picture;” the big picture representing the client’s ultimate goal in the transaction, and the little picture representing all of the details that must be attended to in order to avoid future litigation. Mr. Romer adheres to the idea that a transactional lawyer’s number-one responsibility is to insist that every detail be handled the right way, even if that is not always the easiest way. Through this attention to detail and commitment to managing risk, Gary helps clients realize their full-value potential.
Mr. Romer is a Level I member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC, and issues title insurance for commercial and residential real estate through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
