Jack D. Ross focuses his practice in healthcare litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Ross’ experience includes representing the nation's largest hospitals, long-term care providers, and health plans in all phases of civil litigation, appeals, government criminal and civil audits, investigations, and enforcement actions. Mr. Ross' experience includes the applicability and interpretation of various aspects of the Welfare & Institutions Code, Code of Regulations, Health & Safety Code, Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and Affordable Care Act as they pertain to healthcare providers and health plans.

Mr. Ross also represents corporate and individual clients in various immigration related matters. He has significant experience working with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services and Department of Homeland Security, and appearing before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
