Alan Sanders is a partner in the firm's Houston office, holding law licenses for Texas and Louisiana. With over 30 years’ experience in civil practice, Alan has both a transactional and litigation background. His transactional matters include business and non-profit entity formation and governance; transfer of ownership of business; real estate transactions; non-regulatory representation of banks and credit unions; general business representation; employment law matters; and advising local governmental entities. Alan has handled civil litigation or disputed matters in state and federal courts and other tribunals (trial and appeals). Litigated or disputed matters include real estate; commercial litigation; defense of personal injury and employee claims; construction; and commercial debt collection.
