Victor Santochi has more than 35 years of experience representing insurance carriers, insureds, self-insureds and municipalities in the defense of premises, trucking, habitation and products claims, in both the personal injury and property damage areas. Of the self-insureds, Victor has defended national hotel and restaurant chains and recently obtained a dismissal for a high-end luxury hotel based on their broad-form release covering the use of their spa facilities.  His jury trial results include a defense verdict involving the alleged wrongful death of a 9-year-old foster child. He has been with the firm for over a decade, with prior appointments including that of Regional Vice President of Litigation at Reliance Insurance (overseeing both in-house and panel firms defending construction, general liability commercial trucking/auto cases.) Additionally, he served as National Director of Specialty Litigation for Farmers Insurance Group having functional responsibility for construction defect, restaurant, habitation, professional liability and commercial casualty matters. Mr. Santochi also volunteers as L.A. Superior Court Arbitrator, Mediator and ‘Crash Settlement’ Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
