Manuel Sarmiento is an associate at our San Bernardino office who focuses his practice in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He is extensively involved in the defense of extra contractual actions filed by insureds including homeowners policies, automobile policies and general liability coverage. Mr. Sarmiento also practices appellate law and is a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group.  Additionally, Mr. Sarmiento has extensive experience in Immigration Law with a focus on employment based visas having clerked ten years in that field.
