Bryan Schwartz is a partner in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on transportation and general liability matters including product liability and construction cases in both New York State and Federal Courts. He has represented interstate and intra-state motor carriers in liability  and cargo related claims, and is a member of the Northeast rapid response team that investigates trucking accidents immediately following the occurrence to ensure that the clients’ rights are properly protected.

In addition, Mr. Schwartz represents clients in construction, product liability and premises liability cases.  His clients include building owners, contractors and subcontractors, as well as manufacturers, product distributors and  retailers.
