Elior D. Shiloh is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation, Franchise and Employment practice groups and practices in the firm’s New York and New Jersey offices.

Mr. Shiloh has represented parties in state, federal, administrative and bankruptcy courts as well as in arbitrations in both New York and New Jersey.  Mr. Shiloh’s experience includes representing parties in breach of contract actions, intellectual property disputes, not-for-profit disputes, equipment financing, collections, premise liability, discrimination claims, whistleblower claims, unfair competition and claims arising under consumer protection statutes (TCPA & FDCPA).

Mr. Shiloh also has experience assisting start-up and established companies. He has worked closely with businesses who seek counsel in developing and implementing their business plans. Some of the areas he has provided counsel include: franchisor operations, software design, smart phone application distribution, health and fitness institutions, beverage distribution, fast food, debt-collection, fashion, real estate and employment.  Mr. Shiloh also frequently lectures to franchisors on good practices as well as to the defense industry on Employment trends and best practices.

Mr. Shiloh was a recipient of the Rising Stars® distinction in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 editions of New Jersey Super Lawyers. The selection of Rising Stars® is made by an attorney-led research team that independently reviews the credentials of potential candidates and assigns points based on a set of evaluation criteria.
