Michael Shirts is a partner and has been with the firm since he began his legal career in 2007. Mr. Shirts specializes in the defense of general liability matters with an emphasis on automobile and trucking liability matters. He is also experienced in the practice areas of premises liability, products liability, contractor negligence and real estate litigation. In addition, Mr. Shirts has experience defending Home Owners Association defendants in cases ranging from premise liability, security guard cases, wrongful foreclosure and contractual disputes. For the last several years, Mr. Shirts has focused his practice on automobile and trucking liability matters. Mr. Shirts has successfully resolved several hundred matters, including two matters tried to a jury verdict.
