Robyn is a partner in the firm’s general liability group. Robyn has extensive experience in representing insurers in insurance coverage and bad faith matters. She regularly prepares analyses and opinions as to coverage on a variety of policies, including, but not limited to, commercial general liability, builders risk, professional liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, commercial auto and trucking, first-party property, and excess and umbrella. She regularly analyzes insurance tender issues faced by carriers in New York and prepares responses to insurance tenders on behalf of insurance carriers. In addition, she represents insurance carriers in declaratory judgment actions arising out of insurance coverage disputes in both State and Federal Court. She also has experience in defending general tort liability claims in both State and Federal Court.
