Mary Sitko concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith issues. Ms. Sitko has represented insurers in coverage, bad faith, extra contractual and uninsured/underinsured motorist cases. Her coverage practice in Illinois involves analyzing, litigating and providing counsel on various policies and issues in Illinois. She is also involved in analyzing and providing counsel on coverage and bad faith issues outside the State of Illinois.  Ms. Sitko has successfully litigated numerous declaratory actions in both the Trial and Appellate Courts. She has a number of published Appellate Court decisions and was involved in the drafting and revising of a national insurance carriers’ automobile liability policy. She is licensed in both Illinois and Michigan, as well as by the Federal Bar in both states.
