Carol Sleeth is a partner in the Healthcare group whose practice involves comprehensive representation of health care providers in acute and long term care capacities including representatives of hospitals, physicians and other health providers in malpractice matters. Ms. Sleeth also represents health care facilities and other professionals in administrative board and licensing matters.
Ms. Sleeth sub-specializes in birth injury defense, representing physicians, midwives and nurses in the labor, delivery, resuscitation and neonatology. She handles other medical brain injury cases.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Sleeth provides guidance to health providers in their particular practices. She assists individual practitioners and groups with contract negotiations, employment concerns and reporting issues.
