Don has extensive experience defending product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home, premises liability and automobile accident cases involving death and catastrophic injury. He has successfully defended cases carrying eight-figure exposures and has tried to verdict many death and serious injury cases in Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts. He has handled product liability cases involving roll presses, box-folding machines, lathes, pharmaceuticals, and hydraulic winches alleged to have caused life-altering injuries.

Don has represented a diverse range of clients, including highway architects and engineers, physicians and hospitals, manufacturers, nursing homes, and large retailers. He gained supervisory experience as senior partner and head of the medical malpractice department at a mid-size law firm. Don has benefited the community through pro bono legal services on multiple occasions.

Don received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Waynesburg University. He is a life-long resident of the Pittsburgh area.
