Sarah Smith is a partner in our firm’s Houston office. Sarah has a broad litigation background, with a focus on insurance coverage and admiralty, marine and energy matters.  Sarah routinely handles insurance coverage and bad faith matters arising out of third-party and first-party commercial and personal lines. Sarah  also litigates matters involving marine and energy coverage and indemnity disputes as well as maritime personal injury. Sarah is licensed in Louisiana and Texas and routinely practices in state and federal courts in both states.
