Jeffrey Spiegel is a partner in the New York and New Jersey offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labor, Corporate, and Business Practices.

Mr. Spiegel has represented parties in state, federal, and administrative courts as well as in arbitrations in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Illinois. Mr. Spiegel’s experience includes representing parties in breach of contract actions, intellectual property disputes, collections, premise liability, discrimination claims, and claims arising under consumer protection statutes. Mr. Spiegel also has experience assisting companies. He has worked  closely with businesses who seek counsel in developing and implementing their business plans, including contract and handbook drafting. Mr. Spiegel also lectures companies on good practices as well as employment trends.
