Jeffrey Stoltz is involved in all aspects of litigation. He currently practices in the following areas: Construction and Surety Litigation Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation General Liability Premises Liability. Mr. Stoltz currently represents general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation involving both commercial and residential properties as well as individual and corporate clients in environmental/toxic tort matters including mold, asbestos and other types of chemical exposures. His practice also includes the representation of a number of clients in general liability and premises liability matters. Mr. Stoltz has handled cases from the very onset of the initial claim through trial.  Mr. Stoltz has also extensive experience in the practice of law and motion.

In addition, Mr. Stoltz has experience defending hospitals, doctors, and nursing homes in both medical malpractice and elder abuse actions.
