David Tipton is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He represents manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers in products liability, environmental, and toxic tort matters.
Mr. Tipton has prior experience in appellate practice, workers’ compensation defense, family law, and legislative drafting. He authored several writs of review to the California Court of Appeal. He obtained multiple findings of non-liability for his clients as lead trial counsel in administrative bench trials.
