John Toal is a partner in the firm-wide Transportation Practice Group. He is a litigation attorney with extensive experience representing clients of all size, including large commercial transportation entities, construction general contractors and subcontractors, major manufacturers, international cruise lines, national retailers, homeowners’ associations, and others. Mr. Toal handles a wide variety of matters, including multiple plaintiff litigation, class actions, defense of high exposure cases involving catastrophic and traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, errors and omissions, and general business disputes.
