Judiee was raised in Northern California. Judiee attended the Univiersity of California, Davis where she double majored in Political Science and Italian. She then went on to earn a law degree at the University of California, Hastings. Throughout her studies, Judiee never compromised her passion to "see the world" by continually travelling throughout Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
