Robert is a member of the Employment & Labor Group in the Los Angeles Office.
Robert represents employers and management in all aspects of employment law, including litigation and preventive counseling, wage and hour matters, including class actions, wrongful termination, employee discrimination and retaliation claims, California Fair Employment and Housing Act matters, PAGA claims, employment contract disputes, sexual harassment claims and investigations, and employee privacy issues.
A substantial portion of Robert’s practice involves the defense of employers in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination litigation in state and federal court as well as arbitration proceedings.
In addition to his litigation and trial practice, Robert also counsels employers on litigation avoidance techniques and best practices to insulate businesses from risk. He writes and speaks regularly on developments in the law impacting California employers.
Robert also has broad experience representing design professionals in a wide variety of professional liability matters.
