Ashley Waller is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. Ms. Waller focuses her practice in the areas of products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice defense, toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Ms. Waller defends physicians, nurses, and healthcare entities, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, skilled nursing facilities, ambulatory surgical centers and correctional facilities in medical malpractice cases. She also has experience defending complex toxic tort claims involving asbestos, diacetyl and other industrial exposures to toxic substances. Ms. Waller has also successfully defended insureds against commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, and automobile/trucking liability claims at the state and federal level.
