Daniel Wang is a partner in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Wang’s practice encompasses all types of general liability defense, including from a simple motor vehicle accident to the most complex death case in a construction accident. He handles all phases of litigation from the inception of a case to its conclusion providing an analysis of the potential exposure to our client based on the facts presented involved in the accident and the plaintiff’s claimed injuries.
