Ms. Martuccio graduated with honors from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA with a double major in Philosophy and History. She worked in the Southwest Indian Law Clinic and served as an officer for the Veterans' Law Association while a student at University of New Mexico School of Law. After graduating from law school in 2004, she served for three years as Assistant District Attorney and Children's Court Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial District, prosecuting high profile felonies and participating in community and governmental groups aimed at rehabilitating juvenile offenders. After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Ms. Martuccio began her career representing civil defendants in various causes of action involving premises liability, products liability, contracts, oil and gas, banking, alleged breach of fiduciary duty, and alleged medical negligence.
