Mr. Whittaker serves as a devoted corporate advisor as well as outside general counsel for small to mid-sized private businesses and municipalities. He has been successful in numerous arbitrations and trials that have resulted in beneficial outcomes for his clients. Recognized as an effective and respected mediator, Mr. Whittaker has handled hundreds of mediations as a neutral over the past decade with a success rate of approximately 90%.

Vince's focus is in business formation, corporate advisement, governance and partnership disputes, contracts, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, products liability and torts. Vince has extensive experience with the negotiation and preparation of contracts, contract enforcement, issues related to labor and employment, regulatory issues and compliance issues, including bodies such as the Department of Transportation, California Department of Food and Agriculture, Air Quality Management District, as well as different municipalities and varying quasi-governmental and governmental agencies, both in the state of California and other states. Mr. Whittaker sits as legal counsel for the Board of Directors his clients and provides both legal and business advice. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Whittaker has handled tort claims, contract enforcement claims, contract defense claims, labor and employment claims, including hostile work environment claims, wage and hour claims, prevailing wage claims, as well as other complex commercial and business disputes.
