Tammy A. Wilson is an associate in the Atlanta office specializing in general liability, commercial, and entertainment litigation. With regard to general liability, she has successfully defended cases involving premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, products liability, Labor Law, Dram Shop (liquor liability), and motor vehicle accidents. In the past, she has also litigated insurance coverage matters, professional liability, construction defect, and medical malpractice claims. With regard to commercial litigation, Tammy has litigated cases involving breach of contract, conversion, unjust enrichment, fraud, and other causes of action related to business litigation.

Tammy has won summary judgment on a myriad of cases, many of which involved substantial exposure to her clients. Her clients have included high-profile celebrities, municipalities, national construction companies, transportation companies, and various local businesses. She is highly skilled in all aspects of litigation from the commencement of a case up through and including assisting at trial. Prior to moving back to Atlanta, Tammy practiced law in New York for over nine years. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Georgia, as well as various federal courts.
