Mr. Wright has more than 20 years of experience handling a broad range of complex civil litigation before Georgia and Kentucky state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky (including both first and second chair in jury trials); appeals before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court and United States Sixth Circuit; petition for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. He has represented parties in condemnation actions (including declaration of taking, assessor panel, special master hearings and first chair in jury trials); government representation and municipal utility law; commercial and business litigation (including contract, corporate, trademark/tradename, environmental, estates & wills, personal injury, creditor’s rights, sexual harassment, real estate litigation, contract, insurance, ); administrative hearings; regulatory compliance healthcare issues; construction litigation; health care law (litigation and Certificate of Need issues); and employment litigation.
