Barry Zoller’s practice focuses on professional liability, malicious prosecution defense and consumer litigation defense.

With more than 20 years of civil ligation experience, Mr. Zoller represents attorneys, insurance brokers, real estate agents, appraisers, trustees, escrow companies, and franchisors. Cases have covered a broad range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, real estate, probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, personal injury, landlord/tenant, employment law, patent infringement and family law. In addition, Mr. Zoller has experience defending consumer litigation lawsuits involving allegations of violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, California’s Rosenthal Act and unfair business practices statutes, as well as common law tort claims on behalf of debt collectors, creditors and financial institutions.
