Daniel Zwirn has more than 28 years experience in the area of workers compensation law appearing before all of the boards in the State of California.

Mr. Zwirn is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law State Bar of California, with extensive experience in overlapping issues involved in civil litigation and subrogation. He advises civil partners in all offices on impact of workers’ compensation involvement in civil arena.

Mr. Zwirn has handled numerous cases involving sexual harassment defense, wrongful discharge defense and discrimination defense with parallel civil cases.  He litigates coverage issues at Workers’ Compensation Board for carriers/administrators wrongly joined in the forum, as well as issues involving California Labor Code Section 132 (a) and Serious and Willful Misconduct allegations, Vocational Rehabilitation Issues and return to work issues. He also litigates matters involving questionable ownership and operations practices of medical groups.
